Rhonda Madrid is the owner and founder of RMD, an online boutique jewelry company. (And she also happens to be one of my incredible private 1:1 clients!)
In 2017, Rhonda started making jewelry as a creative way to manage her anxiety and depression. She spent $30 at a local craft store and by 2019, she had turned that into a multiple six figure business.
Rhonda's mission has always gone beyond just jewelry, and more recently, she started the Girlboss Mindset LLC as a way to support women in going after their big dreams!
